Management team

E. O. began as a field engineer with Offshore Pipeline International Limited (OPI), then moved to McDermott-ETPM (Globestar Engineering Nigeria Limited), working on projects in and outside Nigeria.

His experience covers platform upgrades, decks, bridges, boat landings, process piping spools, fabrication and installation, oil storage tanks, flow station upgrades, pipeline laying, blasting and protective coating. He ensures projects meet the standard clients require and are executed safely.

John began his career with OPI and has worked across the oil and gas industry as a QA/QC inspector, construction superintendent, painting inspector and pipeline inspector.

He joined Flowwell in June 2021 as Civil and Construction Manager and was promoted to Project Manager. He ensures all construction work is performed safely and to contract specifications and standards.

Henry is a Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years in the oil and gas industry. He joined Flowwell in July 2021.

He is responsible for financial management, ensuring proper cost control and funding for the successful completion of every project and contract.

Abel has fifteen years of experience in communication, hospitality and business development. He began his career in Nollywood in 2005, then moved between hospitality and business management roles, building direction toward business sustainability.

Rawlings started with Pelfaco Limited in 2012, working on pipe construction and installation to the Abeteye flow station and on the repair of nine leak points at Dibi, Otunana and Shagara.

He later joined Westfield Energy Resources as site logistics and materials officer, including the sectional pipe replacement at Dibi South (June to July 2021), and joined Flowwell in 2021.

Hope has five years of experience in the construction industry, previously with Mann Project Nigeria Limited in Effurun, Warri, and Ausca Microfinance Bank in Abia State. She joined Flowwell in 2021.
